Addresses huge gathering at Bimyar Uri
Srinagar, Jul 30: Describing the Congress Party as a formidable force to reckon with, Senior Congress Leader and Former Minister Taj Mohi U Din today said that Congress Party is capable enough to face the challenges, fully capable of defeating the conspiracies being hatched against it.
He was addressing a large gathering of people at Bimyar (Noorkhah) in Uri Assembly Segment today. Senior Party functionaries and leaders were present on this occasion.
Addressing the gathering Taj Mohi U Din emphasized the people to gear up for the elections, saying that Elections to State Legislature would be announced anytime, people have to be prepared for electoral exercise, for the fact the electoral process is the only option which provides an opportunity to people elect the true representatives, who can represent them in the State Legislature in true sense.
Taj Mohi U Din emphasized the people to defeat the politics of exploitation and betrayal on the part of opportunist politics on the part PDP BJP, who have backstabbed the people after security votes. Toppling of the Government neither will save the sinking boat of BJP nor PDP, as that, both the Parties have caused huge damage to State in every respect. The Developmental process started by successive UPA Governments at Centre has been undone, as a result, the entire State of J&K has suffered immensely.
Unemployment has risen considerably, the deserving people have been ignored in respect of employment only blue eyes person have been adjusted through backdoor entries, even the development of areas has been diverted or stopped to settle political scores on the part of PDP BJP thereby causing huge losses to funds released for development of the State, Taj Mohi U Din said
Taj said that the previous regime of PDP BJP has alienated the people due to the wrong policies adopted by them and blame them for the present prevailing situation in the State especially in valley and added that both PDP BJP will pay price for exploiting people for the sake of power. (KNS)
