Srinagar: NIA custody of Kamran Yousuf, a freelance photojournalist and Javed Ahmad, both from south Kashmir who have been arrested by National Investigation Agency (NIA) was extended by 4 days on Saturday.
Kamran and Javed are facing charges in alleged funding case registered by NIA on May 30 this year.
The duo was produced before Patiala House Court as their 10 days police custody ended.
Sources said that NIA sought another seven days remand of the two however the court extended their remand only for four days.
Pertinently, NIA has arrested seven pro-freedom leaders, a businessman and two youth including photojournalist Kamran so far in the case.
