Srinagar 28 Jan (KNZ):CRPF flags off students’ tour co-organized by 115 batallion Zakura and 118 batallion Gund were flagged off today at Zukura Camp at Zakura area of Seinagar under Bharat Darshan tour sponsored by CRPF here
On the occasion DIG CRPF Central Kashmir Shri TJ Jakcob, lauded enthusiasm of participating children and briefed these children and media about far reaching personal benefits of this tour.
He also said this year CRPF is organising Bharat Darshan tours of under 18 school going children of Kashmir as part of annual civic action program .
“The students under this program are being sent on educational cum curricular and excursion trip to different parts of the country like Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Trivandrum and other places to facilitate these children to educate themselves on country’s heritage and history and national diversities,”he said.
On this occasion CO Crpf Mr Pankach, Additional SP Ganderbal Fayaz Ahmad,CO 118 Crpf Mr Manoj were also present in this event.KNZ
