Ganderbal, Dec 19 (KNZ): A CRPF man ended life by shooting himself dead inside a camp in Gund area of Ganderbal district of Central Kashmir, official said on Sunday.
They said that the one head constable of CRPF 118BN deployed at Gund camp namely Deonath Yadav S/O Late Ram Surat Yadav resident of Mirzapur Khajha UP has shoot himself with own service rifle. He was shifted to nearby hospital but succumbed to the injuries, they said.
An official confirmed that the committing of the suicide by the 41-year-old but said that it was not immediately known what led him to take the extreme step.
He said that a case has been registered in this regard and further investigations taken up.KNZ
