Uri, July 24 (GNS): The body of a drowned Baramulla youth fished out from a dam in Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.
Reports reaching GNS said body of the teenager who had drowned in river Jhelum on Sunday when he was taking a bath to beat the heat has been fished out on day 4th from a dam at Uri power project-II.
However, the body was taken to Sub District hospital Uri where he has been later identified as Momin Manzoor son of Manzoor Ahmed of Jallsheeri.
A police officer also confirmed to GNS and said that after legal formalities, the body will be handed over to legal heirs for last rites. (GNS)
