Ganderbal 03 Sep (KNZ):The 14th annual Gangbal yatra in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district commenced on today with special prayers by devotees to be held on Saturday
The yatra was flagged off from Naranag by DC Ganderbal Shyambir Singh and Senior Superintendent of Police Ganderbal Nikhil Borkar-IPS early this morning
President Gangbal Trust Anil said around 47 yatris are taking part in the yatra this year.
The sacred puja would be performed on Sunday on the banks of Gangbal lake, located in the foothills of Haramukh Mountain at an elevation of 3,570 meters,anil said.KNZ
