BARAMULLA, DECEMBER 03: District Developmental Commissioner Baramulla, Dr Nasir Ahmad Naqash today chaired a meeting here at Dak Bungalow to review the pace and position of various ongoing developmental projects undertaken by various executing agencies in the district.
Meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioners of Baramulla and Sopore, Joint Director Planning, SEs, SDMs, and various other district and sectoral officers.
On the occasion, the DDC took a comprehensive review of various developmental projects especially those committed by the Chief Minister during the public Darbar organized here wherein he stressed upon the concerned to ramp up the pace of work so that all the undertaken projects are completed within a stipulated timeframe. He exhorted upon the officers to deploy additional men and machinery in expediting the pace of work.
Meanwhile, the DDC also took stock of the availability of essentials during which he directed the concerned to ensure the adequate supply of essentials during the winter season. Naqash directed the PDD and PHE to provide uninterrupted power and water supply during the schedule hours so that the people do not face any inconvenience.
