GANDERBAL FEB 24, 2018:– Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Dr. Piyush Singla, today convened a meeting of Revenue officers to take stock of functioning of the Revenue Department.
Holding threadbare discussions on various issues, the DDC issued several directions for improving the functioning of the Department at the baseline. Instructions were also issued for early completion of land acquisition cases, preparation of Jamabandi, girdawaries, relief cases and attestation of mutations.
Tehsildars were directed to complete writing of Jamabandi, Girdawari Registers. Besides all the officers were directed for making progress in eviction of unauthorizedly occupied State/kahcharie and other common land.
The DDC gave directions for completion of writing of Jamabandies and attestation of mutations within the stipulated time frame.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Syed Shahnawaz Bukhari, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Ganderbal, N.A Malik and all Tehsildars of District were present in the meeting.
