Narbal Dec 06: Narbal bridge which is the main link connecting different villages from narbal highway is in dilapidated condition and have become cause of accidents often with the concern authorities are totally in shamble. This bridge, owing to incessant vehicular traffic has developed holes and cracks the hinder smooth passages of vehicles over it.
Buses carrying passengers and trucks carrying loads, while passing through channels over bridge so that some passengers have been even hurt badly. But nobody seems to be interested in taking up the issue at proper levels for repairing the bridge.
Hundreds of commuters risk their lives while crossing the shaky bridge connecting the district area. The bridge over localities which was damaged during September floods is waiting for repairs but the authorities delay.
