‘Authorities fail to redress sufferings of people,Residents Aghast .

Ganderbal 23 July 2017:Worried about the bad condition of link road which connects Gundirehman with its District headquarter in Central Kashmir,s Ganderbal District.
Residents claimed that the concerned authorities have failed to macadamize link roads as they were lying in dilapidated condition from past several years.said Residents
Our road was last macdamised in 2002 under PMGSY. Since then no repairs had been done to these link roads, said an resident Gh Nabi.
While expressing their problems, the residents said the bad condition of roads become a nuisance especially during rains.
They said roads in Gundirehman were in bad condition and administration is in deep sleep.
“The roads are badly damaged that rainfall leaves no way for us to walk on, as long strips of numerous roads turn into heaps of mud,”Gh Ahmad another resident said.
According to report recently R&B department laid crushed rock fragments on roads,it was welcome step but weeks have passed department haven,t been run rollers on it which creates inconvenienc to locals.
Residents said department is playing hide and seek on dilapidated roads this made our roads accident prone.
Residents have requested district adminstration and concerned authorities to look into their grievances and take necessary steps for their redressel.
