Hajin, April, 20 (KNZ): The health sector of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Saturday came again in headlines when there was not a single doctor available in the General Out Patients Block (OPD) till 12:30 Prime Meridian (pm) at Community Health Centre Hajin of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
Due to the doctor’s apathy, there was not a single doctor available in the General Patients Block till 12:30 prime meridian (PM) at Community Health Center Hajin of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district which forced the patients to left the health care without getting any treatment. Except Gynecologist and Orthopaedic no doctor was there to look after the patients.
The patients who had traveled miles to treat themselves at the health care, came back with disappointment when they found non- availability of doctors at the centre.
When contacted Block Medical Officer Hajin,” first of all, let me tell you there is an acute shortage of doctors as far as Hajin Community Center is concerned, he said and added that I have personally looking on it and the doctor’s have now been deputed to their respective departments.”KNZ
