Srinagar, Dec 07 : Police Station Nowhatta during a routine naka checking at Malkha Chowk, Nowhatta intercepted a suspicious person. He has been identified as Sajad Sheikh, son of Baktawar Sheikh, resident of Sheikh Colony, Hawal Srinagar.
During search, approximately 3.370 kilograms of charas powder-like substance and 20 grams of charas was recovered from his possession and he has been arrested.
Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 55/2024 under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Nowhatta and further investigation initiated.
