GANDERBAL : District Police Ganderbal in its concerted efforts to eradicate menace of drugs from the society, made yet another breakthrough in tackling drug peddlers.
Acting swiftly upon a reliable information, SHO Police Station Kangan Inspector Turk Zahoor under the supervision of SDPO Kangan Shri Yasir Qadri-JKPS apprehended a drug peddler upon search a consignment of 140 grams charas and 06 kilograms of Bhangpatri (Banghpatri) was recovered from his possession. The said consignment was seized on spot. The identification of accused ascertained as Mushtaq Ahmad Bajard S/o Fazl ur Rehman Bajard R/o Laman Wangath.
Case FIR No.132/2021 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act stands registered in P/S Kangan and investigation taken.
