Srinagar, Aug 29 (GNS): Police on Saturday arrested two alleged drug peddlers from Warsun in Kralpora area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Identifying the duo as Rafiq Ahmad Mir (37) son of Abdul Gani Mir resident of Guzriyal and Altaf Hussain Bhat (32) son of Khazir Mohammad Bhat resident of Panzgam, a police official said that “twelve grams of ‘Brown Sugar’ was seized from their possession.”
“An FIR NO. 82/20 under section 8/21 NDPS has been registered at Police station Kralpora and further investigations taken up”, the official added. (GNS)
