Pampore 08 Oct【KNZ】: The first Braid chopping incident in Khrew area of Pampore town in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district was reported on Sunday.
On Sunday morning , in Khrew area of Pampore, a woman (name withheld) was found unconscious outside her house.
A local resident while talking to
this reporter , said that the braid of woman was chopped by unknown persons, when she was out to get bread at about 06:30 am, in the morning , outside her house.
It is pertinent to mention here that such mysterious hair chopping incidents were reported from many parts of
Kashmir valley since last two weeks.
Panic gripped in the Pampore town after the first incident of braid chopping was reported in the area.
Meanwhile, Complete shutdown is being observed in Khrew area of Pampore to protest against the said incident.
Pertinently , Separatist leadership have called for complete shutdown in Kashmir Valley on Monday against the mysterious braid chopping incidents.
