Kulgam, Apr 23 (KNO): An encounter has started between security forces and militants in Mirhama area of Damhal Hanjipora in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday, officials said.
The officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that that the encounter broke out in Mirhama area, where a cordon and search operation was launched on Saturday after reports of suspicious movement.
He said that today as the forces zeroed in on the suspected spot, militants fired upon the them, triggering an encounter—(KNO)
