GANDERBAL, FEBRUARY 06: In a concerted effort to safeguard public health, the Food Safety Department, under the vigilant supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Gulzar Ahmad undertook comprehensive inspections of various food establishments across Ganderbal town.
The inspections carried out as part of routine regulatory measures, involved a meticulous examination of food handling, storage, and preparation practices in restaurants, eateries, and other food-related establishments. The goal is to guarantee that residents and visitors alike can enjoy meals that meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
The Food Safety team, equipped with expertise and the latest monitoring tools, assessed the compliance of establishments with established hygiene protocols, including proper sanitation, safe food storage, etc. The team also scrutinized the sourcing and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.
