Ganderbal 09 Aug (KNZ):Inspections,Sampling Awareness conducted by FSO Kangan at Wangath.
The Food Safety Officer Kangan inspected all Food Business Establishments of Wangath, where recently a complaint was recieved through social media platforms that expired food items especially mustard oil exhibit for sale.
During inspection the complaint was found correct & three Food Business Operators were penalised on spot of Rs. 1000/= each under sec. 69 of FSS Act-2006 in this regard & were directed to desist from such practices in future.
