Ganderbal, October 26【KNZ】: Continuing its drive against drug menace, Ganderbal police arrested a drug smuggler and recovered Cannabis and Bhung from his possession.
Acting on a specific information, a police party of Police Station Shadipora headed by DO Showkat Ali laid a naka at Waskura Ganderbal under the supervision of Dysp Operation Aashiq Hussain on the direction of SSP Ganderbal Mr Fayaz Ahmad Lone.
During Naka 29 kg of Dried Bhung was recovered from his possession
According to police sources the two person were identified as Mohammed Amin Hajam S/o Ab Rehman and Ab Rehaman Rather son-in-law of Ab Rehman Teli both residents of waskura Ganderbal
In this regard, a case was registered in the police Station Shadipora and investigation has been taken up.
