Ganderbal, Nov 08【KNZ】: Continuing its drive against drug menace, Ganderbal police arrested a drug smuggler and recovered dried Bhung from his possession.
Acting on a specific information, a police party of Police Station Shadipora headed by DO Showkat Ali laid a naka at shiekhzoa Ganderbal under the supervision of Dysp Aashiq Hussain on the direction of SSP Ganderbal Mr Fayaz Ahmad Lone.
During Naka 17 kg of Dried Bhung was recovered from his possession
The person was identified as Waheed Ahmad Reshi S/o Mohd Shafi Rashi resident of shiekhzoa Ganderbal
In this regard, a case was registered in the Police Station Shadipora under FIR NO. 241/2017 U/S 8/20 NDPS ACT and investigation has been taken up.
