Ganderbal 31 Oct (KNZ):Rashtriya Ekta Diwas parade held at District Police Lines Ganderbal in which contingents from District Police, SSB, CRPF, BSF and Home Guard/SDRF participated. The parade begun with Oath taking ceremony by SSP Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS. While taking Pledge SSP Ganderbal highlighted the importance of National oneness and paid rich tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in National Unity and Integrity.
The parade culminated with march past by the contingents mentioned above.
Besides, Commandant CRPF 118 Bn. Dr. Satyaveer Verma, Additional Superintendent of Police Ganderbal Shri Feroz Yehya-JKPS, DySP HQRs Ganderbal Dr Abdul Maajid-JKPS, DySP DAR Shri Muzaffar Jan-JKPS , DySP SDRF Shri Bashir Ahmed and SHOs/ DOs of Police Stations and Police Posts of District Ganderbal were present on the occasion.KNZ
