GANDERBAL :On the eve of “National Voters Day” today on 25th January 2022, District Police Ganderbal observed “Voters Pledge” ceremony in all Police establishments of the district .
The main event was held at DPL Ganderbal, while observing this event, a pledge was taken by all Officers/jawans that, ” we the citizens of India, abiding faith in democracy and uphold the democratic traditions of our country and the dignity of free, fair and peaceful elections and we will vote in every election fearlessly and without being influenced by considerations of religion, race, caste, community, language or any inducement.
On the occasion, DySP DAR Ganderbal Shri Muzaffar Jan-JKPS led the oath ceremony. Moreover, other officers were also present. During the event, Covid protocols were also followed in letter and spirit.
