Kangan:Acting on reliable sources regarding people gathered for offering friday prayer in Jamia Masjid Chattergul which is posing a great threat of spreading virus COVID -19 (CORONA VIRUS) Kangan Police took legal action. As it was already conveyed through out District to avoid offering prayers in Masjids in prevention of social gathering so that this chain of transmission of virus could be stopped.

However few people contraventioned the Govt. lockdown order and in this regard a case F.I.R No.17/20 U/S 188, 269,270 IPC loged in Police Station Kangan. Further course of investigation taken up.

Once again people of District Ganderbal are requested to follow Govt. advisories/orders so that this deadly virus COVlD-19 could be controlled and we request you to stay at home.
