Ganderbal 24 Mar (KNZ):Ganderbal Police organized plantation drive in memory of police martyr’s at DPL.
The drive was organized under the aegis of SSP Ganderbal Nikhil Borker IPS
Different varieties of trees were planted. The main objective of this drive was to pay homage to the Police Martyr’s who have sacrificed their lives for the Nation.
SSP interacted with the family members of police martyrs and listened to the grievances of family members of martyrs.
On this occasion SSP Ganderbal Nikhil Borker,ASP Ganderbal Firoz Yehya,Dysp Hqr Gh Hassan,Dysp DAR Muzaffar Ahmad among other officials of police were also present.
Later SSP held an interactive meet with retired Police officers/officials at DPL
SSP Ganderbal assured the participants that their demands/problems would be taken up at an appropriate level for their redressal.
He assured them that Police is always at their disposal and also asked them not to feel isolated as they are still part of Police organization and can approach any Police officer or Police unit at any time.KNZ
