Ganderbal:On 07th May 2022, Police Post Shadipora received a complaint from a Shopkeeper namely Suhail Ahmad Lone S/o Mohd Yousaf Lone R/o Batwina regarding burglary in his Cosmetics Shop during the afternoon at Village Ganjipora Batwina. In this regard Case FIR No.118/2022 U/S 454, 380 IPC was registered and investigation set into motion.
Further, on the directions of SSP Ganderbal shri Nikhil Borkar, a special Police team was constituted under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Ganderbal Shri Ghulam Hassan-JKPS, headed by DO PP Shadipora Shri Ashaq Hussain for arresting the accused person who flied away with Laptop and other electronic accessories.
During the course of investigation, with the help of technical evidences Police Party of PP Shadipora laid a trap and intercepted the accused. The burglar arrested was identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Parray @ Jan Buel S/o. Nazir Ah R/O Tulmullah Ganderbal.
During the course of investigation one HP Laptop, one Charging Cable, one Power Bank and one
Laptop Bag were recovered from the possession of accused and further investigation is in progress.
