Ganderbal :Today Gandhi Shanti Rally was Conducted from Mini Secretariat Ganderbal to Madr-e-Meharban Qamariya Stadium which was led by Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal Shri Shaymbir-IAS along with Addl.SP Ganderbal Shri Malik Aijaz-JKPS accompanied by Dy.SP Hqr’s Ganderbal Shri Gh Hassan-JKPS.
Thousands of participants participated in the Shanti Rally including Officers of Civil Administration, PRIs, School Students & general public with full fervour and enthusiasm.
Moreover, Shanti Rally was also carried out by District Police Ganderbal led by Dy.SP DAR Shri Nazir Ahmad from DPL Ganderbal to Dumkaddal in which Officers & jawans participated.
The main aim & motive of the Rally was to follow Mahatma Gandhi’s Principles of life based on truth & non-violence.
