Hurriyat Chief Syed Ali Geelani underwent a colonoscopy at SKIMS Soura Saturday, during which a cyst found in his stomach was removed. Geelani had been admitted to the institute few days back. Geelani is said to be stable, after the colonoscopy procedure which lasted for around 44 minutes.

He is alright the doctor said and hoped that he may be discharged from the hospital on today.
