Ganderbal 10 Jan (KNZ):Geology Mining Department Ganderbal along with Dysp Headquarter GH Hassan on Tuesday cut down road at Gangerhama to stop illegal mining of minor minerals and seized 1 tipper at Safapora area.
According to reports the Geology Mining Department along with Dysp Headquarter reach Gangerhama and cut down road to stop illegal mining.
The Geology Mining Department also seized 1 tipper at Safapora.
DMO Ganderbal Er Zulfikar Mohd Shafi requests the people not to indulge in any kind of illegal mining activities from any Nallah as it is the violation of Government rules.
Anyone found indulging in illegal mining activities shall be dealt as per law,he added
Meanwhile, Ganderbal Police and Geology Mining Department seized dozens of vehicles from last week involved in illegal mining of minor minerals.KNZ
