Ganderbal 12 Jan【KNZ】:With meager resources and facilities girl from Wakura area of Ganderbal shined in the recently announced 10th class examination. Ruqiya Sultan scored 494 marks out of 500 and surprised one and all.
Parents, relatives, friends and teachers of Ruqiya were jubilant when they heard that Ruqiya had passed the examination with flying colors.
Parents of the Ruqiya Sultan said, “She is hard working girl. She defied all odds and passed with good marks.We are proud of her.”
Ruqiya mostly studied in government school. She was currently studying in green land school Sumbal.
As usual Ruqiya don’t want to be doctor or engineer instead she aims to crack IAS examination and want to serve the society.
Residents of Ganderbal expressed happiness over the success of Ruqiya Sultan and hoped she will continue the excellent performance in future.【KNZ】
