ANANTNAG ,November 12【KNZ】:Anantnag police solved a kidnapping case and arrested Accused involved in the crime
Police Station Dooru received a written Complaint from one person (name with held) that his daughter has been kidnapped by one person namely Mohd Irfan Bokda son of Mohd Rafiq Bokda Resident of Imooh Verinag.
In this regard, a case FIR Number 108/2017 under section 363 RPC was registered in Police Station Dooru and investigation was set into motion.
Keeping in view the emotional charge and anger among the family members of the victim, Senior Superintendent of Police Anantnag Shri Altaf Ahmad Khan( KPS) issued directions and a police team of Police station Dooru headed by SHO Dooru under the supervision of Superintendent of Police Hqrs. Anantnag Shri Tahir Ashraf (KPS) was constituted and raided at various suspected locations in order to trace the culprit. SP Hqrs. got established various checking points and massive searches were launched in and outside District Anantnag.
After strenuous efforts of Anantnag Police, both the alleged accused and victim were traced out from Cheel Arnas Tehsil Mahore in District Reasi. Accused was arrested and further investigation is going on.
