BARAMULLA, SEPTEMBER 17: Minister for Education Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari today said the glory of education sector will be revived for which the government has taken various initiatives. He said strengthening education sector is the need of the hour so that the qualitative education is imparted to the students.
The Minister said this on the annual day of a local private school here wherein he was invited as the chief guest.
MLA Baramulla Javaid Hassan Baig, Secretary Education Farooq Ahmad Shah, District Development Commissioner Baramulla Dr Nasir Ahmad Naqash, SSP Baramulla Mir Imtiyaz Hussain and other prominent citizens besides a huge gathering of students were present on the occasion.
While terming a teacher as a nation builder, the Minister signified his role in the overall career development of a student and said that our commitment is to build capacity so that overall performance of the teachers are enhanced.
He urged upon the teachers to create conducive environ while dealing with the students and stressed for adopting student friendly learning measures.
