Ganderbal:On 14th September 2020 , one HM Module comprising of three youth namely 1. Arshid Ahmad Khan S/O Mohd Altaf Khan R/O Wayil wudder, 2. Majid Rasool Rather S/O Ghulam Rasool Rather R/O Beehama Ganderbal and 3.Mohd Aasif Najar S/O Abdul Razaq Najar R/O Beehama Ganderbal was busted by Ganderbal Police.
The trio had come in contact with a Pak based Kashmiri terrorist namely Fayaz Ahmad Khan S/O Abdul Dawood Khan R/O Gutlibagh and were being handled by him from across to take up various terrorist and subversive activities in the district.
They were accordingly booked in case FIR No. 199/2020 U/S 7/25 IAA,13,18,20,23,39, UA(P)A of P/S Ganderbal and 03 no.s of hand granades were recovered on their instance.
After obtaining the sanction for prosecution from the Govt of UT of J&K, challan against the 4 accused persons was produced before the Competent Honourable Court of Law for its judicial determination.
