Ganderbal 13 Dec (KNZ): The Geology and Mining department along with SHO Kheerbawani Mudasir Ahmad and DO Gutlibagh Gowhar Ahmad today during late hours seized four vehicles including two tractors and two tippers which were found involved in illegal mining in Devpora and Wussan Bela areas of Ganderbal District.
The operation was carried out by the Geology Mining Department in areas of Devpora Kurag and adjoining areas where illegal sand extraction was taking place as a result of which four vehicles seized from the spot
It is worthwhile to mention here that Geology and Mining Department are continuously holding inspections during day time and night hours in the areas having apprehension of illegal mining activities in Ganderbal.KNZ
