Sonamarg, September 12, 2024 – The Sonamarg Development Authority (SDA) swiftly responded to reports of an illegal construction at Sonamarg, where an individual unlawfully erected a wall with iron rods where footpath developed by Mega Engineering.
Upon receiving the information, the SDA promptly initiated action to address the violation. The illegally constructed wall, along with the iron rods embedded in it, was dismantled. The swift action by the SDA is part of their ongoing efforts to preserve public spaces, ensure compliance with building regulations, and prevent unauthorized encroachments in this popular tourist destination.
