Ganderbal Wednesday 16 Dec (KNZ): On the occassion of Vijay Divas Army Camp, Kangan ex Wusan Army Camp (24 RR) organised an interactive session with Local Youth and Children with the aim to engage them positively and also to motivate them for Joining the Indian Armed Forces wherein a total of 60 school children and 25 young boys and Girls participated in the event.
The Company Commander Kangan Coy welcomed and addressed these Young Minds covering the Historical Background of Vijay Divas and it’s importance . Further a Motivational Lecture was delivered by the company cdr and explained about Various Avenues Available For Joining The Indian Armed Forces. During the session, following events were organised :Know Your Army, Weapon & Equipment Display,Drawing cum poster Making, Indication Using,Binoculars, Quadcopter Flying, Army Drills, Motivational Movies
The Local Youth including Children and Teenagers Expressed their Gratitude and Thanked Army for such an initiative.KNZ
