Srinagar, July 10 (KS): An elderly man who was critically injured in a hit-and-run case near Tulsi bagh flyover on Sunday evening succumbs here at SMHS hospital in Srinagar.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that an elderly man identified as Mohmmad Shafi Sheikh resident of Sekidafar, Safakadal area of Srinagar was critically injured after hit by unknown vehicle near Tuslibagh flyover on Sunday evening.
He was rushed to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for treatment, where he was battling for life, however, he succumbed this afternoon.
Meanwhile Police has registered a case and further investigation has been taken up.(KS)
