Ganderbal 07 Mar【KNZ】:National Dojo Academy Nagbal Ganderbal is going to conduct free self defense workshop for females on 8th March which is celebrated as International day for women.
Karata Association of India accredited coach Mujahid Yaqoob will impart self defense techniques to the participants which include Risk Analysis techniques, Awareness, Grab Releases, Ground defense, threat resolution, Armed Attacks and fitness drills.
While taking to Kashmir News Zone Mujahid Yaqoob said, “The workshop is open for all females of all age groups of Kashmir. Self defense skills has become indispensable especially for women keeping in view rising crime against Women.”
Dojo Academy has been imparting self defense training for years and have produced players who have won Medals at State and National level. In 2017 Players from National Dojo Academy Nagbal won 17 medals in State Karta championship topping the medal tally.
