Masjid surrounding in Arch turned into tipper stand and Garbage dumping site
Local residents appeals District adminstration to take cognisance of the matter

Ganderbal 03 July【KNZ】:Such are some people unconcerned about the importance of Masjid (mosque) in Islam that they don’t even think ones whether their activities cause inconvenience to people who turn to masjid Shrief for Salat.
A classical example of disregard to masjid has come forth in Arch village of Ganderbal,where Mohhamadi Masjd is being daily surrounded by tippers .Masjd lawn has become stand for some tippers owners .
Tippers block entrance of the masjid thereby causing huge inconvenience to citizens who turn for prayer .
Some selfish people have also encroached state land around the Masjid.
A local residents wishing anonimity said, “The Masjid surrounding has become a garbage dumping site for some people.Heaps of manure ,open defecation and poultry slaughtering place surrounding the area of masjid(Mosque)attracts large number of canines(dogs) which has added to the severity of the menace for the public.”
Masjid commitee of Mohammad Masjid and authorities are in complete slumber .They are totally apathetic towards the Masjid and its surrounding.
Recently a child was bitten by dogs and the dog menace around the Masjid has become a talking point every where.
The Masjid Commitee should wake up as early as possible to safeguard the Masjid and common masses.
Local residents have appealed to DC Ganderbal ,Block development officer ,Tehsildar Ganderbal to look into the matter.KNZ
