Ganderbal 26 Apr【KNZ】:In order to redress the issues public belongs of his assembly segment and to carry forward the slogan of his equitable development of all areas of Ganderbal constituency, Member of legislative assembly (MLA) from Ganderbal Mr Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar today visited village Lar and convened public darbar to redress the grievances of people.
A large number of people gave warm reception to MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar and participated in the public darbar.
During the interaction regarding the peoples’ problems relating to RDD, timely distribution of power and water supply, requirements of electric poles, sanction of transformers and laying of new PHE pipes and other issues the MLA issued on-the-spot directions to the concerned for taking appropriate steps in redressing the same.
After taking the detailed review of public problems MLA Ganderbal Mr Ishfaq Jabbar directed the government functionaries to take prompt action in redressing the genuine problems of the people.
Responding to some of the developmental issues, Mr Jabbar said that proposals of some developmental projects of public importance have already been submitted for approval, sanction and release of funds, adding that concerned functionaries of core sectors have also been directed.
He stressed upon the people to avail the benefits of Centrally soponsored sehemes.
Responding to the demands of the locals, Ishfaq Jabbar assured them that their genuine demands would be redressed on priority.
MLA Ganderbal, also paid visit to Government Boys Middle School Yangoora Ganderbal here today and took stock of its functioning.
Later he visited Kondbal and Yangoora for condolences.
