Sumbal, Bandipora: The Janta Dal United (JDU) held a joining event at its party office in Sumbal, chaired by State Secretary GM Dar. Several workers from different areas joined the party during the event and were warmly welcomed by GM Dar.
The event witnessed the presence of key party leaders including Bilal Pathan, Nowgam Block President; Naseer Ahmad, Hajin Block President; and Shigufta, Incharge Sumbal Office.
Speaking on the occasion, GM Dar emphasized the importance of strengthening the party at the grassroots level to ensure a strong presence in the upcoming Urban Local Body (ULB) and Panchayat elections. He urged the new members to work diligently and connect with the people on local issues.
The joining event was seen as part of JDU’s ongoing outreach program to expand its base in North Kashmir and mobilize support among the masses ahead of key elections. The party leadership reiterated their commitment to inclusive development and public welfare.
