Ganderbal 07 August (KNZ):The local residents at Gulabagh Potermulla area of Manasbal, in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal District are annoyed over Reliance Jio’s poor mobile connectivity.
Locals said that the poor network coupled with low internet speed in the area and causing them immense hardships.
“We have been suffering due to frequent call drops and poor network connectivity,”they said despite repeated attempts, concerned authorities have failed to resolve the issue.
Naseer Ahmad, one of the locals, said, “Jio has terribly failed in providing the service despite charging from them. From the last few months, it seems our area has been ignored by the company.”
He added, “It is miserable, suffocating and has become an obstacle as far as online business of the locals are concerned.”
Bilal Ahmad said various students from the our area preparing for exams and “Jio has terribly failed in providing the service despite charging hefty sums from us and the poor services has added woes to our sufferings at this crucial juncture.”
He said that from over a year, the area of Potermulla has been ignored by the company on providing the promised services.
Meanwhile, locals have requested the concerned company to kindly resolve this irritating problem, which has become a source of daily headache for them.(KNZ)
