J&K SSB Nov 01: WRITTEN TEST IN NOVEMBER 2017 (ADMIT CARD/DEMO TEST NOTICE:
1. In continuation to this Officeﾒs notice no. SSB/Secy/Sel/2017/10665-67 Dated: 12.10.2017, it is for the information of all the concerned candidates that the Objective Type Written Exam for the posts mentioned hereunder (from S.No. 42 onwards) is scheduled to be held from 14th-18th November, 2017.
2. Some items (S.No. 28-41) have been scheduled in December, 2017, due to inadvertent error in the publication of syllabus, which was subsequently rectified. Further, no candidate has been found eligible for the Posts mentioned from S.No. 1 to 27.
3. The candidates are once again being intimated that there shall be NEGATIVE MARKING FOR WRONG ANSWERS (0.25 for EACH WRONG ANSWER) attempted in the said examination. The exam shall be COMPUTER BASED (CBT) for which a DEMO LINK has been activated at our website for acquaintance of the candidates. The User name and Password for demo test is JKSSB. Detailed criteria of Selection shall be notified by the Board for each item SEPARATELY.
4. Candidates are required to download their Admit Cards from our website from 04-11-2017, onwards.
5. The candidates appearing for Junior Assistants/Steno etc., posts will be required to appear in both, TYPE TEST (10 MINUTES) & MULTIPLE CHOICES BASED WRITTEN TEST (40 Minutes), on the same day. However, those posts in respect whereof type test already stands conducted will be put to only written test.
6. Any Candidate who is aggrieved of anything related to the scheduled exams is free to submit a written representation before Administrative Officers Jammu/Srinagar by or before 09-11-2017, failing which no grievance shall be entertained at any other stage.
