Srinagar: Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) has extended support to the strike call issued by traders and transporters to protest the NIA notice to trade leader Yasin Khan.
In a statement issued today, JRL while extending support to the September 25 strike call claimed that the Government of India was using National Investigation Agency (NIA) as a war weapon against Kashmiris.
Yesterday, traders and transporters called for Kashmir Bandh to protest the NIA summon.
Khan, they said, has been asked to present before NIA headquarter “as a witness” in funding case tomorrow in New Delhi.
JRL also condemned the charge sheet filed by Enforcement Directorate against senior Hurriyat leader Shabir Ahmad Shah
