Srinagar: The Kashmir valley remained cut off from the rest of the world for the third successive day on Wednesday following closure of the 300-km-long Srinagar-Jammu highway due to landslides, triggered by rain.
However, about 130 vehicles, including those carrying passengers, stranded at Banihal, were allowed to move towards Kashmir after the snow on the road was cleared last evening, traffic department sources said.
