Ganderbal Oct 18[KNZ] : Cricket club Nawakdal registered a comfortable win against Bakoora Braves Cricket Club in the first round of on going Kashmir Valley Cricket Tournament being played at Physical college ground Gadoora.
Batting first Bakoora Braves CC lost wickets at regular intervals and only managed to score 91 runs. Zahoor Ahmed was highest run getter for the club,he scored 54 runs of 60 balls.Fidda Hussain was highest wicket taker for CC Nawakdal with 3 wickets.
Chasing the target CC Nawakdal comfortably won the match with 9 wickets and 3 overs and 3 balls remaining.Masood Ahmad made quick 33 of just 18 balls.With this win CC Nawakdal progressed to round of 16.
