All protesters were previous defaulters, we are following guidelines for loan applications strictly

Srinagar, July 15 ,CNS: Officials of J&K Bank business unit Gamdoo area of Sonawari sub-division in northern Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday while refuting all the baseless and unfounded allegations against the branch head of said unit have said that all the protesters who stage managed the yesterday drama of protest were previous defaulters and for their vested interests tried to malign the image of the bank branch.
Terming the allegations baseless and unfounded the officials of the bank while talking to CNS said that we are merely following guidelines put forth by the government to process the new KCC loan in favour of the deserved beneficiaries and complete transparency is maintained in the process.
They further said that a handful of defaulters can’t take the bank on ride for their pitty interests and the yesterday’s ‘protest’ is totally unacceptable.
They further appealed the Media fraternity not to fall prey at the hands of vested interests and verify the facts before publishing any news story. (CNS)
