Kulgam, January 05 : On 04.01.2025; police party of Police station Qaimoh established a naka at Khudwani Byepass and a vehicle (load carrier) bearing Registration No JK18-7728 driven by Hilal Ahmad Guru S/O Abdul Rahman Guru resident of Kawaki Bazar Qaimoh was stopped and during checking officers were able to recover 1400 liters of illegally acquired Kerosene oil which he was transporting for hoarding and black marketing.
Regarding the incident, case with FIR No 01/2024 U/S 303 BNS, 3/7 EC Act stands registered at Police Station Qaimoh. Recovered Kerosene oil along with vehicle used in commission of crime were seized and the accused was arrested. Further investigation of the case is going on.
