Today, during naka checking police party of Police Station Qaimoh seized 9 Vehicles (eight Dumpers and one Tipper) loaded with illegal sand and Bolder at Khudwani bypass (NHW-44) and arrested 09 Persons (Drivers) involved in the said crime.
In this regard, Case with FIR No. 17/2023 under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Qaimoh and investigation is in progress.
Kulgam police issues strict warning to those who are involved in illegal extraction of minerals. The Persons who are involved in this illegal practice must refrain from it, otherwise strict action under law will be initiated against them.
