Ganderbal:District Legal Services Authority Ganderbal in Collaboration with Tehsil Legal Services Committee Ganderbal & Kangan conducted Lok-Adalat on Bank Recovery Cases today on 20th of July, 2024 in District Ganderbal. The Lok-Adalat was held under the supervision & Chairmanship of Mr. Ritesh Kumar Dubey, Chairman District Legal Services Authority (Pr. District & Sessions Judge) Ganderbal, and under the guidance of Ms. Nusrat Ali Hakak, Secretary District Legal Services Authority Ganderbal.
The Lok-Adalat was constituted of Single Bench for the amicable settlement of cases, wherein the Bench was presided over by Mr. Ritesh Kumar Duvey, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ganderbal and Ms. Nusrat Ali Hakak as Bench Member.
Overall 29 cases were taken up for settlement out of which 25 cases were amicably settled/Compromised on spot. Rs. 4,10,800/- was awarded as settlement amount.
