Kulgam, Sep. 28 (KS): Police in Kulgam have started investigation into the mysterious death of a middle aged man whose body was recovered hanging from a tree in a village of Kulgam district on Thursday.
An official told Srinagar-based news gathering agency Kashmir Scroll (KS) that the dead body of a 50-year-old man was identified as Feroz Ahmad Naikoo, son of Ghulam Nabi of Bhan Kulgam.
The official said that his body was found hanging from an apple tree in a nearby orchard in the Udur Keh Bhan area of Kulgam.
He said soon after the police were informed, a team rushed to the spot and started further investigation into the case. (KS)
